I arranged a multi-parcel shipment from the UK to Italy on 24 September, containing only my personal belongings. I meticulously prepared all necessary documentation, clearly marked as “personal belongings”. However, the courier never arrived for collection. I ended up dropping off the parcels myself, only to find out that the service incorrectly labeled my shipment as a “gift”, leading to customs rejecting it. This was their mistake, not mine. The customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and I only received a brief reply stating I would be charged for the return. Meanwhile, two parcels were mistakenly returned to my empty address, and the third is still stuck in the return process. I paid a premium for “express” service but encountered failures at every turn. I'm now left to recover my belongings on my own. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.
It's unfortunate that there's no option for 0 or negative stars. This service is unbelievable. I've tried calling but no one answers, and I've sent multiple emails with no replies. My parcel was sent in July, and now it’s October. It wasn’t delivered, and when I requested it back, nothing has happened. This feels fraudulent, taking people’s money without delivering the service paid for. Terrible experience.
Fraudulent practices! My parcels were never delivered! I arranged for a collection from London for delivery in Paris. The courier picked up the parcel but then failed to provide any updates. Both services seem to operate under the same ownership and are unreliable, despite being partnered with a reputable courier. We have even involved the authorities, as this situation is unacceptable. They seem to hold onto parcels without providing any information. Be cautious!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE! They lost my package and refuse to issue a refund! Unfortunately, a decision was made to use this service for a delivery from the UK to Australia. After three weeks without updates, they finally acknowledged the package is lost and will not proceed with a refund. It's a very disappointing experience!
