However, they frequently lose track of inventory in their warehouses and responses to inquiries about lost items take far too long. They lack accountability and often rely on policy rather than customer relations when resolving issues. Inbound shipments also face significant problems, leading to financial losses. Overall, I cannot recommend this service; consider other options.
