Customer service at Della is outstanding. Joey helped me get a new replacement ac window unit after my original ac unit was defective. He was very professional and helped me reconcile by issue very promptly.

I am very happy that I selected Della!😁. Especially because Della is catering to the DIY person like me. Personally, I have very basic skills and following the instructions along with helpful videos from Della and YouTube it really was easy doing the installation. What made me the most nervous was crimping the copper lines while running them and tightening the connections properly but all of that went without a hitch!🙂. Another part that made me nervous, was vacuuming the lines, as I have never done that before, but a friend of mine had a vacuum pump and everything worked right from the start with no need to redo anything. The only thing that I would love to see for people like me is if it were possible that Della could provide the copper lines with a different type of fitting that would be fool proof to make the connections without needing a possible flare tool or special tools, especially for the preset length lines that I think many customers are using and not shortening or needed to lengthen them.🙂One of my friends has already ordered a Della system similar to mine only his has a two head system. I also have another friend that is thinking about pulling the trigger and getting a unit for him himself?Bottom line is that I am extremely happy with this experience!😁Ric
The 1/2" (12mm) copper tubing on the inside unit is short. If you are going to come out on the right side, be sure you measure the wall thickness. On the cinder block wall, the fitting extended 2" out.Not enough to bend down at 90 degrees.And it is not 1/2" it is 12mm. I have to cut the copper tube back far enough to put on a flare fitting. Finding a 12mm to 1/2' flare fitting is a real challenge.
