Created an Account to send a Parcel to Spain from Portugal.Filled in my details and the Address etc of the company in Spain, paid via PayPal for the order.The account showed that DELNEXT were Processing the order in my account, NO parcel label arrived by email that day.The next day all the information on my order had disappeared from my account.Wrote 4 / 5 emails to the customer services and each time they said they need the Tracking Number, but there was no info to give them, totally useless and unhelpful.Now I have been Refunded by PayPal who immediately responded to our situation , thank you PayPal.I would never use or recommend DELNEXT unless you need a lot of hassle, rubbish service.
