The parcel should have been delivered 1 week ago, an incident happened, and since then, I am unable to reach out to anybody (email, chatbot).
The situations is extremely stressing, because of the absence of answer!

Super one day delivery of my via verse transponder. Ordered on Monday, delivered Tuesday midday. Only improvement , to have a time window for the delivery within the day or real time tracking of the delivery.

Created an Account to send a Parcel to…

Created an Account to send a Parcel to Spain from Portugal.Filled in my details and the Address etc of the company in Spain, paid via PayPal for the order.The account showed that DELNEXT were Processing the order in my account, NO parcel label arrived by email that day.The next day all the information on my order had disappeared from my account.Wrote 4 / 5 emails to the customer services and each time they said they need the Tracking Number, but there was no info to give them, totally useless and unhelpful.Now I have been Refunded by PayPal who immediately responded to our situation , thank you PayPal.I would never use or recommend DELNEXT unless you need a lot of hassle, rubbish service.

I was very impressed when they collected my 4 parcels on time, however they only delivered 1 of the 4 boxes, I have tried to call them NO answer I have emailed them NO response. Still waiting. Very Bad service

Misleading

I placed an order to be collected and send, chose the date and paid. The order displayed under my account showed a collection date a week later from what I selected. I tried to contact them over the phone for hours ( just a recorded message, no one picks up ), wrote an email and 36 hours later no reply.Now under my account the order simply disappeared. So I paid 150 euros to a delivery that should have left yesterday and I am left with no reply and no idea what has happened. Despite paying extra to track the order.Don't trust or place orders with this company.
