I placed an order to be collected and send, chose the date and paid. The order displayed under my account showed a collection date a week later from what I selected. I tried to contact them over the phone for hours ( just a recorded message, no one picks up ), wrote an email and 36 hours later no reply.Now under my account the order simply disappeared. So I paid 150 euros to a delivery that should have left yesterday and I am left with no reply and no idea what has happened. Despite paying extra to track the order.Don't trust or place orders with this company.
