One week after a failed delivery attempt, after waiting the whole day home for the delivery and stepping outside in the evening for groceries. The driver never called, no even approximate time for delivery, no phone numbers, no text updates. New delivery next day impossible for some mysterious reason. So I had to change the delivery address because of a scheduled trip. The support agent first promised delivery next week Monday or Tuesday. No delivery. No tracking updated. Then the same agent lied to me that he promised delivery Wednesday or Thursday. I stayed in that city for one more day to accept the delivery. No delivery, no tracking info.So because of the above repeated delays, I had to change the address back to old original home address. Had to deal with their haughty customer support mad at me for reverting back to the original address. Confirmed the original address two times by email. Only to find out from the tracking that they would be trying to deliver to that other address yet another week later. Common. This is the first time I am seeing such a dysfunctional company. Like their right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Like they are still analogue before the computers and the internet. Now it's clear why they are hiding from customers and never reveal their phone numbers. You can still Google their phone numbers but those are either disconnected or never answered. So stay away if possible. Mean, unethical, lying, unreliable, unprofessional support and service.
