I used Delnext to move my suitcases from Portugal to France. Because of the coronavirus issue, the delivery man that picked up my suitcases informed me that they won't make me sign anything for understandable security reasons so I wasn't surprised to not sign anything at the receipt of the suitcases. Little problem, one of the suitcases was damaged so I contacted the customer service the same day with pictures to solve the situation quickly. To compensate for the damage, they asked me to provide a delivery receipt. I explained to them in numerous e-mails that their delivery men didn't provide me any nor make me sign anything. Their only reply to that has been: "This document is mandatory" and "it will be your words against the driver" They didn't take the time to evaluate the particularity of this situation and the worst part is that they won't compensate for their mistake because they didn't give me the paper necessary for that. I exchanged so many e-mails to receive the same answer. Which kind of company doesn't listen to its customers and doesn't take their responsibilities? I don't recommend them at all but if you don't mind to receive your stuff broken, feel free to try them.
