The worst decision of my life buying an item from someone who was using these cowboys.They lost my parcel and refuse to pay the insurance out even though they have been sent a copy of my bank transfer to the owner of the purchase !! they say its not an Invoice.. Cost me 515 euros ... never use these thieves !!! I really want to know how to take this so-called professional company to court I am so angryDelnext? more like Delnever and Del never help you or give you your money back !!!
