Update 15 April 2024 - The sender never got the package back. Delnext kept saying that it was in Madrid. Such a bad company. Don't ever use their services!Update 19 December - The package is still not returned to the sender. Apparently it is in Madrid. This is so ridiculous! DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!Update 20 November - My package was all this time in Denmark, right next door. Never recieved a code or notification to pick it up, so it is getting returned. At least it is not lost and hope the return will go well. Never will use this company again, what a mess!Update 15 November - Check the reply to this review from Delnext. I am dealing with a disfunctional company apparently.Update 14 November - after writing to info@delnext, they start their answer saying that I should write to info@delnext... you got to be kidding me...Update 13 November - still nothing happened...My father uses this company to send me packages from Portugal to Denmark. Normally it works pretty well, but now that we are having an issue with a package that didn't arrive, we come to the conclusion that they really don't care about their customers. Contacting the help desk is a nightmare, they only reply after I insist and give generic answers that make no sense - they asked me to contact the sender, my father... I asked again, but no reply, just got ghosted... I find that disrespectful and we will not use this company again no matter the outcome.In sum, when it works, it works... But if there is an issue, don't count on any support whatsoever, they simply don't care about the customers.
