Delnext collected my package on the 28th of July. It was some random guy on a random car, no identification on the man or the car, it was a 2 seater with loud music playing. I wanted to send a package from Portugal to Italy and the expected time of delivery was 4 to 8 business days. Today is 21st of August, I have no idea where the package is, I contacted Delnext chat 2 times and sent an email as well. There is no update on the package since the day it was sent, it says it's on transit since the 29th of July but I find that very strange as it's been too long. I don't trust anymore and I'm very worried that this is a scam and that I just lost my package that had many items that are not valuable but have a lot of sentimental value 😔
