We have purchased our Delonghi La Specialista coffee machine directly from the company for £999. Every year we have sent off the machine to the service department for an annual service this year (2026) is no different except as of today we have received absolutely no communication from them except that they have received the coffee machine. (Ticket # 7439850) For this, I have the proof email. I have called customer service a number of times. Whilst the team members have been very nice, there has been absolutely nothing done to return our coffee machine to us. The status of the online system where I can follow the progress still simply states item received. Delonghi is breaching its contract with me and thus going against both company policy as well as my customer rights. Currently, I have £1000 machine that the company is holding. The say that I am disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.
