I ordered a perfume on October 9th, and I still haven't received it! It seems the delivery was left outside my building without my permission, and when I got home, it was missing. The delivery service isn’t responding, and I haven't found any resolution. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company in the future as they don't take responsibility for lost items, resulting in financial loss.
