Goods were EXACTLY as advertised. I thought because of the great price, that the goods HERMES would be fake copies, but NO- THE GOODS WERE THE REAL DEAL alright, very impressed, will definitely be buying again and on a regular basis.
I have purchased perfume multiple times with no issues, but today I was taken aback when I gave the perfume to my client. Upon opening it, he discovered that it was not genuine. I contacted the support team regarding this matter. The main batch code is missing from the box and is difficult to read on the bottle, there is no symbol on the perfume cap, the label is coming off, the atomizer is 10mm taller, and the label on the bottom is centered instead of being on the right side as it should be. Their response indicated that returns are not permitted for commercial orders. 😡
