Avoid this seller! I ordered an axolotl along with some other items on January 1st. They took my money and then went silent. After contacting them on January 6th and requesting delivery for January 8th, I was told they would refund due to weather issues. Since then, they have not responded. I opened a case with my payment provider for a full refund. I received an email thanking me for a delivery I never received, ruining my child's birthday. If weather is an issue, they should inform customers before orders are placed. I called numerous times and emailed with no reply. Once I get my refund, I will pursue compensation for the time they held my money. Do not use a debit card or you may never see your money again.
