This place is a joke.... took over a month to hear from a person... (Peter is just a joy...(sarcasm)) stole over £150 and have been SO pathetic in their attempts not to refund my money, after I opened a review / complaint against them....
If it wasnt for Clearpay, they would simply continue to ignore me.

The seller is highly untrustworthy. I ordered four fish but found that three were unavailable. I agreed to consider alternatives and wait for a yellow tang on back order. However, they later claimed they sent the yellow tang along with the other fish. In the end, I lost £280. It's best to avoid purchasing from this seller.
Beware of this seller! I ordered an axolotl and some other items on January 1st. They took my money and went silent. After contacting them on January 6th about my order, they mentioned a refund due to weather issues but have since stopped responding. I've opened a case with my payment provider for a full refund. I received a message thanking me for a delivery I never got, ruining my child's birthday. If they anticipate weather issues, they should inform customers beforehand. I called multiple times and emailed without any reply. Once I get my refund, I will seek further action for the time they held my money. Avoid using a debit card or you may never see your money again.
I placed an order on January 3rd and have sent emails and made phone calls but have received no replies. This is very unusual behavior. I suggest others hold off on ordering until I receive my delivery. I will update once my order is resolved!
