Absolute Jokers! Where to begin with these? So I ordered over £120 worth of stock and 4 out of the 14 I ordered have died within 3 days, it could probably be down to the delivery driver just literally dropping the box on the floor when delivered. I even asked him if he knew live fish were in the box to which he fully acknowledged. The delivery time was horrendous and when they say you’ll get a 2 hour time slot you only get this like 30 minutes before hand. It’s a joke but not the biggest one. The biggest joke was when I ordered 4 Blood Red Juwel fish (clue to the colour is in the name) and they’ve sent me something completely different?? I’m still trying to figure out what they are but they’re certainly not Blood Red’s they’re not even Red, they’re white for Christ sake! These folk don’t know their species at all and the photos online I suspect are taken from someone else’s website. I’m so glad I only ordered a few as I wanted to overstock two 240 litre tanks but it won’t be from these. It’ll be from somewhere that knows their fish. To make it worse the fish that died aren’t one of the unidentifiable ones. I’m going to my local fish shop within the next week with photos to try to identify them and I’ll update this review when I finally can. Just a word of advice, if you haven’t ordered from these before I’d give them a serve.
