My order of 1 Pleco, 10 otocinclus and 5 guppies was dispatched 2 weeks after ordering, on arrival 1 dead guppy, 3 dead Oto's. Within 24 hours another 2 dead guppies and the rest covered in ick and being medicated and 5 more oto's now dead.48 hours later the Pleco is dead, and 1 guppy and 2 otos remain.Water parameters all good, tanks are fully cycled, planted of 3+ months old.I have spoke with Laura and co at Delta and my order has been refunded for the dead fish, with speculation that the stress of travel/cold water on arrival may have been the cause.
