Was sitting on the fence about picking up a Chinese plamo (only have experience with Bandai). I was encouraged to take the plunge in large part because deltabase only stock kits that Dean himself wants to build and from manufacturers he trusts, i.e. all the kits are carefully curated. After placing a pre-order, Dean contacted me within hours to confirm the order and to give me a rough idea of when the kit would ship. He continued to provide periodic ETA updates, let me know when the kit was out for delivery and also message me to ensure the kit arrived safely. After I opened the shipping box, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dean had taken great pains to bubble wrap the kit box in a special way (complete with plastic protectors for the 4 corners), so as to avoid putting sticky tape on the box itself, thereby negating the risk of any damage to the box when the bubble wrap is removed. The service from deltabase is superb. Highly recommended!
