I think compared to most stores where I buy model kits, Deltabase has better rapport. It's not just select, buy, bye end if story. I can definitely appreciate the personal touch Dean has when communicating with us.
He seems to be on top of everything and is transparent with any mishaps or delays. Service is definitely up there! Will definitely continue shopping at Deltabase and recommending my friends to it also. I sincerely hope it does well and gets bigger overtime.
