The customer service and website experience have been incredibly disappointing. Nothing gets resolved efficiently. For every issue, you're directed to a different phone number—questions about the web portal? Call this number. Problems with a bill? Call that number. Issues with the mailing address? Yet another number to call. Additionally, the website frequently crashes, whether accessed via phone or laptop. Trying to get assistance can take anywhere from 7 to even 30 business days for a potential resolution. I can't be the only one facing these challenges.
