After 2.5 months of installation the lock stopped working, totally dead, now when i called customer service, First of all their executive done not respond to the calls and when they pick up the phone they are not able to hear our voice and then they ask our number and that hear and note very clearly, tyen they ask us to call on the WhatsApp number which we receive by them, after all this pathetic drama finally we are able to talk the executives but its totally useless, they teach us to follow the t&c and they do not accept the fault of their product, its a big big fraud company, they do not even register the complaint, they straight away told me that your battery is damaged and try to charge it with 5watts charger and not with mobile charger, whereas at the time of selling the product their sales executive only had told me that you can charge it with and mobile charger, please do not purchase this companies product as their after sale service is a big ZERO.
