I purchased the lock along with a complimentary doorbell, which was promised as part of the offer. However, I had to struggle significantly to receive the freebie as committed.
Additionally, the installation is still pending even after more than two weeks. The representatives have been giving repeated assurances and commitments, but there has been no actual resolution so far.

I brought Delta X20 model and installation was done today itself, 1st I'll let you know about the lock. This lock is with highly advance technology and has 5 locking modes which is quite enough and its works so well and the installation and configuration was done very smoothly. Last but not the least, Mr. Jagdish came for the installation, after i had registered for the installation, the same day he called me for the installation and as per my given date he taken the follow up and he had done the installation of the lock, he is so telented and very professional person that he had done the installation hardly within 1 and half hours also given demo very politely and in details. Thanks Delta for your superb service, keep it up.
They will take advance payments saying its a pre launch offer and will deliver after months.When you will call then either they wont pick or will talk to you very rudely as if they are sending product free and make false promise of delivery.
