After sales don't expect a good responseDon't go on this 4-star rating, these people are not trustworthy.I will describe the event in detail here.I got in touch with the sales team, where he promised me to deliver and get it installed withing 20 Aug 2025. So I made the payment on 11 Aug 2025. On 22 Aug 2025 I inquired where is the shipment details, to which they answered that the product won't be delivered as the product is not available, and will at least take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund on 28 August 2025. On which the sales team agreed to it and told me that the refund would be sent to me to fill out a Google form. I completed the process. A couple of days later I called them and asked about a refund and they said the company's policy is to provide a refund after 30 days. (Which doesn't make sense as I haven't even received the product and neither they dispatched it). It is 17 Sept today and I still haven't received my refund. They have stopped answering my calls, I keep calling from different modes and numbers. Every time I need to speak with the people (names are mentioned below), I have to call them through different numbers. Following are the reason/excuses I am given:1. That they are working on it2. It is in process3. It will be done today.4. Call me after half an hour I am on lunch/meeting.5. It's 6 PM we are almost wrapped up we will get it done tomorrow.6. It's with the higher department and will be done by late evening.This thing still continues. I believe that they are extracting money from customers and are about to wind off creating another scam of crores. So beware.
