If I could rate this experience negatively, I would. Upon receiving my order, I strongly advise inspecting the item thoroughly. I received not one, but two flawed extra small green long coats. I needed this coat urgently over the past week, but neither was suitable. The first coat looked used, had frayed areas, and the red metal clip on the hood was damaged. The second coat had a logo issue that resembled a poorly done school project on the front. I submitted photos showing these defects, and after two unsuccessful attempts to receive acceptable coats, I am done with this company. Their only solution to this 'rare occurrence' was to send me another coat, or I just received an email stating they would deduct $5.95 for the return. To make matters worse, I have to cover the cost of packing tape and gas for a 35-minute drive to the nearest drop-off point. Additionally, the coat is currently 20% off on the website. Not only are they trying to charge me for returning their defective items, but they also didn't offer a discount on a potential third coat, nor a compensation for the inconvenience I've faced. This experience feels completely unjust.
