The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the sofa arrived well within the planned delivery window. It was delivered in perfect condition, and everything works. The only downside was being informed that packaging must be kept for returns (which I have no intention of doing), yet the packaging was almost destroyed during unboxing. Some reusable packaging would be beneficial in the long run.
