The only drawback was discovering that the manufacturer requires the original packaging for returns (though I have no intention of returning it) – unfortunately, the packaging was nearly ruined during unpacking. Implementing reusable packaging would be a wise and economical choice moving forward.

Although our refurbishment timeline was slightly delayed, the communication from the team was excellent, allowing us to push back the sofa delivery until we were ready. On delivery day, we received regular updates, and the delivery team was fantastic—efficient and careful with our new decor. The sofas are just a few days old but already super comfortable, and I’m happy with everything so far.
