The team was friendly and knowledgeable, and the couch arrived much sooner than anticipated. It came in perfect condition and works flawlessly. The only drawback was discovering that the manufacturer requires the original packaging for returns (though I have no intention of returning it) – unfortunately, the packaging was nearly ruined during unpacking. Implementing reusable packaging would be a wise and economical choice moving forward.
