The experience was satisfactory however, when the package was delivered by UPS, the driver did not ring the bell, did not leave a notice, did not return the next day nor, did he drop the package of at a nearby UPS pick up location. As a result I had to track down the package then ask the customer service rep to resend, that process took another 3 days. Deluxe has to reevaluate the delivery procedure as UPS returns the package without any attempts to reach the customer.
