Review Time
My first order a year ago was not delivered and caused a huge disruption in business. It was returned to them and they just left in in the office. Second time ordering, with a nice discount was checks that had no lines on them. They told me that being as we use Quickbooks, they don't put lines on them. What does that have to do with anything. Why would they not need lines. I now have to put my own lines on 1000 checks. I will not use them again. 2 strikes is enough.
This is the third (3rd) attempt in getting this entity to print checks and labels correctly! It is apparent, in that this company is either 1) Outsourcing jobs to people that have no idea of understanding the English language; or 2) Simply hire inept people who cannot spell. Previously, we spent a great deal of time on the phone, specifically having them repeat back what our labels and checks should have read; yet, they have (AGAIN), sent incorrect spelling products. Totally unprofessional, and unreliable!
They do not have a customer support line with an actual human. Their assistant over the phone can barely help. They do not provide shipping or tracking information. So if it gets delivered somewhere else, good luck.1/10 will not order again
Well I placed an order for business checks deposit slips and a self-inking Stamper the order was split in half and sent, checks and deposit slips by UPS stamp by USPS which took way longer to get here. I think that the prices of your products are extremely expensive and the fact that they divided the order and sent two things one way and one thing another was ridiculous.
