Experience with Deluxe has (so far) been anything but...

I have been trying to find out what the status of this order (2057563297) is, through 3-4 phone calls to the customer service number. It has been some 10 business days now and beyond the usual production window--all with no updates.When I click on the "track your order" on the confirmation e-mail below, it actually says that the order is "cancelled". We have been waiting for these checks and expected them to have arrived by now. If I could get anyone to tell me where this order is and let us know if we need to cancel it and start over or if this can be expedited that would be helpful.
