Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. Order showed one price with discount, but when submitted price nearly doubled. Contacted customer service but they couldn't see the order on their side. Told me to call back in 30 minutes. I called back in 2 hours but they still couldn't see the order and told me to call back later. I asked for the rep to call me back. He seemed a little irritated with my request but said he would. He never did. I followed up by email, 2 days later he replied and said he was not working. It's just way too difficult for me to work with the process. I will find another solution. Customer service needs some improvement.
