Deluxe Online Banking is horrible, and reaching for assistance is even worse. While on phone line for assistance, I got cut off 4 times. All I needed was assistance in ordering Business Checks, if Deluxe still had the Spiral Bound Bus Cks. the phone options are horrible. Deluxe use to be the top Check Oder CO. It's gone down hill like the others. too bad! I have request to our company to change Check Order Companies. I will also inform to our clients to not use Deluxe. Update UPGRADE your PHONE Answering Line, FOR HEAVEN SAKE FIX YOUR ONLINE BANKING PLEASE!
