Bad business

I placed an order but called and cancelled right away.The order was confirmed cancelled but the order went through anyways and my credit card was charged. They said the only way to get a refund is for me to do a charge back. Not very professional at all.The reason I cancelled was because the price was much higher (like 3 times more) than I should have paid. So not only is Deluxe over priced, they just are a bad company to do business with!
