I ordered checks and an endorsement stamp. I received the endorsement stamp but never received the checks. I was told you would express mail them to me, but then you could not. Then I was told you could ship replacement checks to the bank and to get the address which I did and then told be no, you could not express ship to the USVI. Very frustrating.
