I placed a reorder. without letting me know, our logo file had 'expired' and the checks were printed without the logo. also, the duplicate checks were previously glued together; without any notice the new checks came as separate sheets. I would not choose this as the duplicate is not as easily kept in alignment with the original. in all, the 'simple' reorder didn't actually reorder exactly what I had before and didn't warn me of any of the changes. not a good business practice.
