I have been a deluxe customer for more than 2 decades. They put discount codes and offers in the back of the checks when they deliver them - but obviously all businesses use paper checks at a different rate and more often than not, by the time I go to reorder - the offers that came with the order have expired. Ordering online is so much easier when you have an account but to get any kind of decent discount for being a return customer you have to call in. I was updating a logo so I had to update online anyway. Agent on the phone could only offer a discount if I were a new customer or I placed the order with her over the phone. Well deluxe, since you only like new customers, I think I will go be a new customer somewhere else instead of letting you spam me with emails with useless offers and have no discount when I need one.
