I am still waiting for 1000 checks that I ordered last month and paid extra for express shipping. I tried to track my order online, but their website says that option is not available. I have called twice and been told my order is "still in production". I haven't received any emails with an update. This happened once before several years ago and after apologizing they overnighted 50 checks to keep us going. I asked if they could do that but was told they don't do that anymore.
