I ordered checks from them for an account i recently opened. I was given a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. A week later i went back on the site to see the tracking. I was asked for my routing number and checking account number, and when I entered them, they said they had no record of it lol. I HAVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER! Why not ask for the confirmation number? Then, they would have to take responsibility for screwing up the order. This way, they simply say they have no record of it. Why not ask me for the confirmation number. Unprofessional and annoying
