I ordered checks on the 7th of August

I ordered checks on the 7th of August, shipped on the 10th, after 3 weeks found out they were damaged during shipping but a new shipment was never sent out. When I finally spoke with someone they offered to reprint and send them …. Free of charge! I would certainly hope so.
