confusing shopping cart order. i added my company name and second address line (suite #) but it did NOT show up on my shipping label/order. Therefore, the package would have been lost at the main delivery point (our building address). When I called to correct, I received poor phone skills with customer service call. A lack of enthusiasm in managing my issue that I called about. And no real confirmation that this order would have the proper shipping info that it needed to be delivered.
