The first boxes of checks were of terrible quality. Our name and logo looked like a black blob. The time and work I had to put in to get my order replaced was too time-consuming. The rep I spoke to told me I would receive a "proof" before the end of the day, which took two more days before receipt. Sitting on hold waiting to talk to someone wastes far too much time.The replacement order had a better representation of our name and logo, but the paper quality is definitely not the same as our previous orders.We will look for another vendor for our future orders.VERY disappointed.
