The only way to correct a mistake is to cancel the entire order and start over. They have no system in place to confirm a cancelation. I called 3 times to make sure the order would be canceled and that they wouldn't charge my card. Looks like yet another case a company changed hands and ruined the reliable systems and processes developed over the years. I will never order from them again.
