Online reorder lacks details. ex: account name and as well as last four in account number. and some of the info is inaccurate. When choosing the correct item the inaccurate info from the incorrect item gets ordered. Had to double back with an agent to void my onlien order and reorder. The agent was wonderful. The online platofrm leaves much to be desired.
