I have been using your company for many many years and am very disappointed my recent experience in ordering envelopes. 1. The order was placed for the delivery to be made at my physical property location and the parcels were delivered to my post office box. I have NEVER asked for those heavy boxes to be shipped to my PO Box. The 8/4/2025 email sent from you to me, clearly indicates that the delivery was to be made to my physical property address. 2. I find it AMAZING that I never receive a discount or coupon until AFTER I place my current order and the expiration for that discount will surely expire before my next order is ready to be made.
