My order has not been delivered

My order has not been delivered. Email said would receive on July 29 and here it is Aug 11 and still no order. Contact Deluxe customer service and said it was out for delivery by DHL. I had to call DHL and discovered that the Post Office not longer excepts their packages. And they did not know where my order was. Some concern and they are checks and lost. Was told they would be reprinted and overnighted. We will have to wait and see if they are.
