I received my deposit slips in a timely manner, but they shipped my checks without a tracking number. When I called to check on the shipment, I was told that the USPS did not allow tracking numbers when a shipment was over a certain weight. I have never run into a situation where I could not get a tracking number from the USPS so I have to assume they were just cutting corners. It’s inconceivable to me that somebody would ship sensitive financial information without a tracking number. My checks were late and we had no idea where they were. They did finally show up, but I won’t use Deluxe again because of the cavalier attitude.
