I called to change our address which was accidentally place on our checks for shipping. The lady I spoke to said they caught it on time and the check would arrive on schedule. INSTEAD, they sent the checks back (wrong address) because the change was NEVER made. I called again, and they couldn't give me a time for my checks to be re-shipped and arrive. Meanwhile, I can't pay my writers and staff because I don't have checks to do so with. So, no, I did not have a good experience. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be moving forward with your team as my check providers in the future.
