Wrong Account NumberOn Thursday July 10, 2025, I placed an order for business checks and 2 disbursement journals. I received the order on Thursday July 17 with the wrong account number on the checks (the routing number was used twice). I called and cancelled the order (for the checks only); I was told I would receive a refund. Today Monday, August 4, 2025, I have yet to receive a refund. Apparently, the request for a refund was never processed. I have 250 useless checks and no refund. I called today and spoke with someone else; I was told they would process a refund. Let see if this time it works or if I have to call yet some else. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will probably not do any more business with Deluxe.
