Customer Service Above and Beyond !I have ordered checks for over 25 years for my body shop, but never from Deluxe. I needed new checks and the manager at my bank recommended I try Deluxe. I received my order and it did not look like I expected even though I saw a proof page online. I called customer service and explained my problem and asked if she had maybe a discounted way I could reorder. She told me that she could do better than that, with the Deluxe satisfaction guarantee she would replace my order at NO CHARGE. (unbelievable) We talked about what I was looking for, she understood completely and reordered my checks. I'm sorry I do not remember her name. She was professional, polite, precise, empathetic, I could go on and on. She is everything you would expect in a customer service representative. From now on I will only order checks from Deluxe, and will be referring my business friends to Deluxe. Thank you !
